A completed vinyl privacy fence and custom double-gate installation, fitted around the property's existing access needs. Durable black hardware and rolling gate supports keep the wide openings practical without sacrificing a finished, consistent look.

A brighter layout,
completely reworked.

This Utah kitchen renovation replaced the original dark cabinetry, tile flooring, and closed-in feel with a brighter, more functional plan. A widened opening, white shaker cabinets, stone countertops, wood-look flooring, beadboard trim, and black hardware bring the kitchen and dining space together.
